Shipping and Return
DELIVERY
Packages are dispatched within 2 - 4 working days after receipt of payment is received
(excludes Saturday & Sunday). For Products out of stock we reserve us a time of up to 4 weeks for production and shipment.
An email notification with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.
RETURNS
In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs. Photographic proof of breakage or damage will be request.
In case for other reasons refund (touch & feel), please contact us within 14 days.
All goods has to be refund in unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality). Refunds will not include the original postage & handling costs.
Allow us up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
Refunded goods are requested to send via Registered Post, to ensure the goods can be traced.
Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.

Customs and duties charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
